In the heart of the medieval city, just a few steps from Piazza Duomo, an example of architectural restoration built upon Roman ruins, steeped in history, mystery, tradition, and uniqueness.
The “Contrada Torre de’ Morigi” complex is a protected space that houses unique residences, evocative courtyards, and historically rich areas. This project was managed from the transfer by a major real estate fund to our client, including contract renegotiations with the most significant historical tenants and redesigning the freed residential and retail spaces. The apartments, ranging from 150 to 1,000 sqm, were redesigned with every comfort before being sold, through the refunctionalization of the volumes, thus creating highly prestigious spaces for a select circle of connoisseurs. By working with the relevant heritage authorities, it was also possible to create convenient underground parking areas.
