One of the most significant hotel transactions in Rome in recent years, we served as the exclusive originator and advisor for the deal that led Merope Asset Management to acquire the Villini Del Rione Sallustiano from Colony Capital. The complex comprises 10 buildings on one of the largest green spaces in the historic center of Rome, with over 17,000 sqm of internal space and 70 underground parking spots. The property will undergo a complete renovation to become the third Mandarin Oriental in Italy and the first in Rome.
