Palazzo Troubetzkoy

In 2014, a prominent Milanese family purchased “Palazzo Troubetzkoy,” which was built starting in 1916 on commission from the Russian sculptor of the same name. This luxurious and richly adorned building, approximately 3,500 sqm in size, is spread across seven above-ground floors and one basement level, and is distinguished by a striking dome on the top floor. Located in the exclusive Pagano area, it stands out for its significant architectural value. The conservation restoration began in 2015, resulting in 18 apartments and two ground-floor offices, all modernized with high-quality systems and finished with premium materials such as Venetian terrazzo and herringbone parquet flooring, original to the building’s construction period, as well as stucco ceiling decorations and leaded stained glass windows
