Development of a major real estate project in the vibrant heart of Milan, characterized by a radical redesign of the interior spaces and common areas of an elegant 19th-century building. The project gives the property a modern and comfortable touch in terms of services and systems (including the creation of underground garages, an elevator system, and a SPA area with a pool), while respecting its original features. In January 2022, the first major tranche was completed, with the sale of the entire residential portion and the related common areas (approximately 3,000 sqm) to a prominent Italian family.
